Many small business owners are interested in outsourcing their blogging. Wedding photographers, especially, hear how important it is for them to improve their SEO through a robust blog. If you’ve never hired a copywriter before, you may wonder – how do you outsource blogging?

This post walks you step by step through the process of working with House of Nash for a month on the Full Service Package. By the end, you’ll know exactly what to expect when you outsource blogging with me.

My Motto: Keep It Clear and Simple

From the start, I make it easy to outsource blogging. Once you pay the deposit and sign the contract, I send you a brief on-boarding questionnaire to capture your website and contact information. You tell me about any goals you have in mind for blogging.

Then comes my favorite part – the Zoom call. We do a deep dive into your dream client, your brand voice, and the topics for your first four blog posts. If you know exactly what you want your blogs to be about, great! Do you have no clue what to blog about? That is also great! I love brainstorming and problem-solving to come up with blog topics that will get you a good return on investment.

After our call, I send you a customized questionnaire to capture your clients’ details, gallery links, etc. I use Dubsado, so you can add to the questionnaire if you think of something you want to add later on.

I’ll take it from there! I write copy, optimize images, and create a content calendar and Instagram captions. I post everything to your website and take care of the backend pieces, such as alt text and image descriptions. All the while, you do your thing running your business and living your life with one less thing on your plate.

Outsource Blogging Easily

Once I’ve posted and scheduled your blog posts on your site, I send your final invoice and share your content calendar and Instagram captions. It’s that easy!

All told, the process takes four weeks from start to finish, and it’s very hands-off for you after on-boarding. One of the perks of a multi-month contract is that once we’ve done the initial on-boarding, I can send out a monthly questionnaire in anticipation of the following month’s blog posts. We really get to be a well-oiled machine.

Does this have you excited to outsource blogging? Let’s get the conversation started!
